KC came to me and asked if I would paint her to look like a snake. I told her I preferred a chameleon and she agreed. KC was the first model I painted that wasn't a friend. She became one during our session. A dancer with amazing control, she held poses in the most uncomfortable positions for ever! My husband Marcus photographs most of my work and we both loved working with her.
Over the years she has kept in touch with us through cards and letters regaling us with stories of her many adventures dancing around the world. She is a true free spirit and very in touch with the reptilian part of our nature. |
